Can someone go on the roof without a ticket?
No, guests are required to have an access pass to visit the roof during Spring at the Silos.
Will there be food or drink on the roof?
Yes! Each ticketed guest is provided a snack and a drink while on the roof. These can only be redeemed once throughout the weekend.
Are there any limits to when I can access the roof?
Yes, the roof will only be open from 9:00am – 5:00pm every weekend of Spring at the Silos. If the roof is at capacity (50 guests), a queue line will form at the base of the staircase until capacity is available.
Is the roof accessible for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Access to the roof is available via a three-floor staircase, however an elevator is available upon request at check-in. All guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.
Can I get a refund if I can’t go anymore?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the date of your rooftop ticket. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the experiences start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.
Can kids access the roof for free?
Kids 4 years and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to access the roof accompanied by an adult with a pass.
